On October 1, 2003, the vision of several already successful local and regional third party administrators and independent adjusting firms came to fruition and National Claims Professionals was formed. The vision was to bring to the national market the services of all the local claims professionals currently employed by these local companies who were unable to compete on a national basis. What was needed was a single corporate entity with regional and local management that was committed to high standards of performance and united by a singular internet based claims management system that was available to its self insured clients, risk managers, brokers and insurance industry clients.
